摘要

从时间、地域、法律、质量等4个维度,对比分析巴斯夫、中国石化、万华化学等公司的专利创新态势,浅析巴斯夫的专利申请策略。选取巴斯夫的高性能隔热材料石墨聚苯乙烯Neopor产品,探究分析巴斯夫从技术创新-专利布局-产品上市方面如何引领、培养和控制市场,深入探究了巴斯夫的全球专利申请策略、布局策略与保护策略。巴斯夫在全球布局意识、专利时效选择、价值动态评估、科学维持与放弃等申请策略方面的做法值得中国企业思考,在针对新技术、新产品研发、上市、销售所进行的专利布局、维持和保护策略方面值得中国企业借鉴。

Abstract

The patent innovation trends of BASF, Sinopec Corp, and Wanhua Chemical Group are compared and analyzed from four dimensions of time, region, law and quality.BASFs patent application strategy is briefly described.BASFs high-performance thermal insulation materials graphite-reinforced polystyrene Neopor products is taken as an example to explore and analyze how BASF leads, cultivates and controls the market in terms of technological innovation-patent layout-product launch.BASFs global patent application strategy, layout strategy and protection strategy are deeply explored.Compared with Chinas traditional superior chemical companies and emerging innovative chemical companies, BASFs patent application strategies in terms of global layout awareness, patent aging selection, value dynamic evaluation, scientific maintenance and abandonment are worthy of consideration by Chinese companies.Chinese companies also should learn from BASFs patent layout, maintenance and protection strategies in novel technology, the R&D, listing and sales of novel products.
